The current prompt is from Poet Laureate Joanne Townsend, “Somewhere near Odessa, 1900.” The editor invites you to explore your departure(s) to points unknown, whether as an immigrant, asylum seeker, climate refugee, or perhaps a college student or “empty-nester.” We are a planet of moving populations, now more than ever.
